Clift Billingsley
Clift grew up building houses with his dad. It wasn’t until 2019, after a career of commercial and industrial equipment repair, and after building his last three personal homes (along with with his dad), he decided to get his contractor’s license. It was then he began building spec homes full time. As an avid hiker/backpacker with a love of nature, he sought out land with natural beauty and privacy to build homes, places he would want to live. His mother is also an amazing landscape artist/ gardener - even today, she often contributes to some of Clift’s builds with her amazing eye for hardscape/stone and landscape design.
Stephanie Billingsley
Although her ‘day job’ has been as a medical aesthetician in dermatology since 2000, she has always also had a love for interior design and architecture. "I am by no means a professionally trained interior designer or architect, but design is truly one of my passions in life." She often helps friends, family and coworkers with their design needs, but met her ultimate teammate when she married Clift in 2005. "Obviously, we can’t build a new house for ourselves every year, but CB Homes has given me the creative outlet to exercise my design ideas and try out the new things that are constantly churning in my head. I present Clift with ideas and he somehow makes them happen. He amazes me every day, on every project."
